살충의추억 계정과 그에 연결된 데이터의 삭제를 요청하는 방법을 안내합니다. 삭제는 영구적이며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

1. 앱/게임 안에서 직접 삭제 (권장)

게임에 로그인합니다 (앱 또는 bugmemories.com/play).
타이틀 화면 또는 내 프로필에서 설정을 엽니다.
알림·계정 탭에서 계정 삭제 (탈퇴)를 누릅니다.
안내를 확인하고 3초의 확인 대기 후 영구 삭제를 누릅니다.

2. 이메일로 삭제 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 [email protected] 으로 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소를 적어 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내주세요. 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다.

3. 삭제되는 데이터

계정 정보 (이메일, 이름/닉네임, 로그인 식별자)
게임 기록 및 리더보드 점수
프로필 동기화 데이터, 친구 목록·친구 코드
코인 잔액, 인벤토리, 구매로 얻은 혜택(Pro 포함)
구매 내역 사본 (스토어 측 결제 기록은 Apple/Google/Paddle 정책을 따릅니다)

4. 보관될 수 있는 데이터

관련 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 결제·거래·분쟁 관련 기록과 부정 사용 방지를 위한 최소한의 기록은 법정 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 계정과 분리된(비식별화된) 통계·집계 데이터는 유지될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

Account Deletion

Zero to One Flow (021flow) · Salchung Memories (Bug Memories)

This page explains how to request deletion of your Bug Memories account and its associated data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Delete in-app (recommended)

Sign in to the game (app or bugmemories.com/play).
Open Settings from the title screen or your profile.
Open the Alerts & account tab and tap Delete account.
Read the notice, wait for the three-second countdown, then tap Delete permanently.

2. Request by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from (or naming) the address you signed up with, asking for account deletion. We process verified requests without undue delay.

3. Data that is deleted

Account data (email, name/nickname, login identifiers)
Game records and leaderboard scores
Synced profile data, friends list and friend code
Coin balance, inventory, and purchase-granted entitlements (incl. Pro)
Our copy of purchase history (store-side payment records follow Apple/Google/Paddle policies)

4. Data we may retain

Payment/transaction/dispute records we must keep under applicable law are retained for the statutory period, along with minimal records needed to prevent abuse. De-identified aggregate statistics may be kept. See the Privacy Policy for details.
