제로투원플로우(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 수집·이용·보관·제공하는 개인정보의 처리 기준을 설명합니다.

- 결제 관련 정보: 결제 상태, 구독·플랜, 결제일, 영수증/주문 식별자, Paddle customer ID 또는 transaction ID (카드번호·CVC 등 민감 결제수단 정보는 회사가 직접 저장하지 않습니다)
- 서비스 사용 정보: 접속 로그, IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 정보, 사용량, 오류 로그
- 고객지원 정보: 문의 내용, 이메일, 첨부파일, 상담 기록
- 쿠키 및 유사 기술 정보
- 게임 기록: 점수, 반응속도, 도전과제, 닉네임 등 이용자가 입력·생성한 콘텐츠

회사는 법령에 근거하거나 이용자의 동의가 있는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 국외 이전
Paddle, 클라우드, AI API, 분석 도구 등 일부 해외 사업자를 이용하므로 개인정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다. 이전받는 자, 이전 국가, 이전 항목, 이전 목적, 이전 일시·방법, 보관·이용 기간 등 세부 사항은 위 4항의 수탁자 표와 같습니다. 주요 수탁자는 미국 등 해외에 소재하며, 서비스 이용 과정에서 네트워크를 통해 수시로 이전됩니다. 국외 이전에 관한 상세 문의는 [email protected] 으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 국외 이전에 동의하지 않을 수 있으나, 이 경우 결제 등 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
6. 보관 기간
회원 탈퇴 시 회사는 보유한 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 결제·거래·분쟁 관련 기록은 법정 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다. 백업 데이터는 30일 이내에 삭제되며, 부정 사용 방지를 위한 최소한의 기록은 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회, 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 [email protected] 으로 접수할 수 있으며, 회사는 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 처리합니다.
8. 쿠키 정책
회사는 로그인 유지, 환경 설정 저장, 서비스 이용 분석을 위해 쿠키 및 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 필수 쿠키는 서비스 제공에 반드시 필요하며, 분석·마케팅 쿠키는 선택적으로 사용될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 일부 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

- Payment-related data: payment status, plan/subscription, payment date, receipt/order identifiers, Paddle customer ID or transaction ID (we do not directly store sensitive payment details such as card number or CVC)
- Service usage data: access logs, IP address, browser/device info, usage, error logs
- Support data: inquiry content, email, attachments, support records
- Cookies and similar technologies
- Game records: scores, reaction times, achievements, nickname and other content you create

We do not provide personal data to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
5. Overseas Transfers
Because we use some overseas providers (Paddle, cloud, AI API, analytics), your data may be transferred abroad. The recipient, country, items, purpose, timing/method and retention differ by provider, as set out in the processor table in Section 4. Most processors are located in the United States and other overseas locations, and data is transferred over the network in the course of using the Service. For details, contact [email protected]. You may decline overseas transfer, but some services (e.g. payment) may then be restricted.
6. Retention
On account deletion we erase personal data without undue delay, except payment/transaction/dispute records we must retain under applicable law for the statutory period. Backups are deleted within 30 days; minimal records may be kept as needed to prevent abuse.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We handle requests promptly in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, store preferences and analyze usage. Essential cookies are required to provide the Service; analytics/marketing cookies are optional. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then be limited.
9. Security Measures

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not primarily directed to children under 14. If we learn we collected such data without guardian consent, we delete it without undue delay.
