환불 및 해지 정책

환불 요청은 구매일로부터 14일 이내에 [email protected] 또는 Paddle Buyer Support를 통해 제출할 수 있습니다. 단, 부정 사용, 환불 남용, 약관 위반, 과도한 사용량 소진, 이미 제공이 완료된 맞춤형·일회성 디지털 산출물의 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
구독은 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 후에는 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 다음 결제 주기부터는 추가 청구되지 않습니다.
거주 지역의 강행적인 소비자보호법상 환불·청약철회권이 있는 경우 해당 법령이 우선 적용됩니다.

환불 처리 주체 및 기간
환불은 Merchant of Record인 Paddle을 통해 처리됩니다. 승인된 환불은 통상 영업일 기준 5~10일 이내에 원 결제수단으로 환급되며, 실제 반영 시점은 결제 수단·발급사에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
부분 환불 및 연간 결제
연간 선결제는 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있으며, 그 이후에는 미사용 기간에 대해 일할 계산 방식의 부분 환불이 검토될 수 있습니다. 부분 환불 가능 여부는 상품 유형과 사용 정도에 따라 개별적으로 검토됩니다.
무료 체험 / 프로모션 / 크레딧
- 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 종료 전 해지하지 않으면 과금될 수 있습니다.
- 프로모션·쿠폰으로 할인 결제한 건은 실제 결제 금액 기준으로 환불됩니다.
- 크레딧·사용량 기반 상품에서 이미 소진된 부분은 환불 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
약관 위반 시
약관 위반 또는 부정 사용으로 계정이 정지·해지된 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
구독 해지 방법
구독은 계정 설정, Paddle 결제 포털(영수증 내 관리 링크), 또는 [email protected] 문의를 통해 해지할 수 있습니다.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected] or Paddle Buyer Support. Refunds may be limited or denied in cases of fraud, refund abuse, violation of our Terms, excessive usage, or fully delivered custom/one-time digital deliverables.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.

Who processes refunds & timing
Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the exact time to appear depends on your payment method and issuer.
Partial refunds & annual billing
Annual prepaid plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase; after that, a prorated refund for the unused period may be considered. Eligibility for partial refunds is reviewed per product type and usage.
Free trials / promotions / credits
- If a free trial is offered, you may be charged unless you cancel before it ends.
- Discounted (promo/coupon) purchases are refunded based on the amount actually paid.
- Consumed portions of credit- or usage-based products may be excluded from refunds.
Violations
Refunds may be limited where an account is suspended/terminated for Terms violation or abuse.
How to cancel a subscription
Cancel via account settings, the Paddle billing portal (manage link in your receipt), or by emailing [email protected].
