구독 약관

본 구독 약관은 021flow가 제공하는 유료 플랜의 구독·갱신·해지·변경에 관한 조건을 정합니다. 본 약관은 이용약관 및 환불 및 해지 정책과 함께 적용됩니다.
1. 구독 플랜
현재 핵심 유료 상품은 Pro 업그레이드로, 한 번 결제로 잠금 맵 전체 해제 등 부가 콘텐츠 권한을 제공합니다. 회사는 향후 월간·연간 구독 또는 사용량·크레딧 기반 플랜을 도입할 수 있으며, 각 플랜의 제공 기능·가격은 요금제 페이지와 일치합니다.
2. 자동 갱신
구독 상품을 운영하는 경우, 구독은 이용자가 해지하기 전까지 동일 기간 단위로 자동 갱신될 수 있습니다. 결제가 실패하면 일정 기간 재시도되거나 유료 기능 접근이 제한될 수 있습니다.
3. 해지
이용자는 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 후에는 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 주기부터 청구되지 않습니다(즉시 종료가 아닙니다). 해지는 계정 설정, Paddle 결제 포털, 또는 [email protected] 문의를 통해 가능합니다.
4. 플랜 변경
업그레이드·다운그레이드 시 적용 시점과 일할 계산 여부는 플랜 정책에 따릅니다. 일반적으로 업그레이드는 즉시 반영되고, 다운그레이드는 다음 결제 주기부터 반영될 수 있습니다.
5. 가격 변경
가격이 변경되는 경우 합리적인 기간을 두고 사전 고지하며, 기존 구독자에게는 다음 갱신 시점부터 변경 가격이 적용될 수 있습니다.
6. 세금
웹 결제는 Merchant of Record인 Paddle을 통해 처리되며, Paddle이 지역별 세금(VAT/GST 등)을 계산·징수할 수 있습니다. 표시 가격에 대한 세금 포함 여부는 결제 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern subscription, renewal, cancellation and changes to 021flow paid plans. They apply together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Plans
The current core paid product is the Pro upgrade: a one-time purchase that unlocks additional content such as all locked maps. We may introduce monthly/annual subscriptions or usage/credit plans; each plan's features and price match the Pricing page.
2. Auto-Renewal
Where subscription products are offered, subscriptions may renew automatically at the same interval until you cancel. If a payment fails, it may be retried for a period or access to paid features may be restricted.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged for the next cycle (it is not immediate termination). Cancel via account settings, the Paddle billing portal, or by emailing [email protected].
4. Plan Changes
For upgrades/downgrades, the effective timing and proration follow the plan policy. Typically upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades from the next billing cycle.
5. Price Changes
We give reasonable advance notice of price changes; for existing subscribers the new price may apply from the next renewal.
6. Taxes
Web payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and Paddle may calculate and collect regional taxes (VAT/GST, etc.). Whether tax is included in the displayed price is shown at checkout.
